Between me and my wife we have 5 2nd Gen legends. hers 91 l modle sedan daily driver and her 93 LS sedan soon to be show car.
Mine 91 sedan JDM modded to the max, my 92 LS coupe JDM/EDM modded and my 94 LS sedan daily driver. all our cars have some type of jdm items on them.
2001 Acura Integra GS 4 Door. K&N filter, DC Headers, stock muffler, coil over springs and shocks. Plan for more mods in motor but always like to keep exterior simple and clean.
Here is my daily driven 99 Civic EX sleeper. I sold my 00 Integra Because I couldn't get a baby seat and a passenger to fit in it.
Power was addressed by yanking the blown D16Y8(to much NOS) and slapping in a 01 Acura Integra Type-R motor from England, engine code B18C6. The motor was torn down prior to install and the block stuffed with a polished and balanced crank, Civic Type-R pistons and a Golden Eagle block guard. The Head has Skunk2 stage 2 cams with AEM gears, Omni dual valve springs and Omni titanium retainers.
Air comes in thru a Iceman intake and goes out thru a Greddy header and Greddy power extreme exaust
The transmission is from a Civic SI for the shorter gear ratios
Engine management is handled by a P28 with Skunk2 reflash, Apexi VAFC and MSD 6AL.
She sits on Skunk2 coilovers, KYB struts and an Ingalls camber kit.
Outside is stock except for an Integra spoiler and no name power mirrors and headlights.
Inside are Integra seats to hold me in.
Rims are 14' 95 Del Sol rims, Rubber is what's ever cheapest cause I go thru them so quick.
I encourage all members to show your whips! Finished or not
This is my 91. I got it Feb 5th and it's currently garaged for 3 months since I'm out of the country. I tinted the windows, painted the calipers red and got the Zinardi floor mats in Red/Black. Just those small upgrades made a world of difference. I'd really like to put some rims on my car, but have no clue what size. Is it better to go with smaller rims in the front cause I know a lot of NSX's have the combination? Any thoughts?
